Basically, all of them. Those functions are for the module API. The Pawn and Squirrel languages are going to be implemented as modules instead of built into the server.
mIRC is a dead language. I have no intention of reviving it, and I don’t think anyone’s first idea for a scripting language is an interface that’s designed to expand your IRC client: not an entire multiplayer server.
